The main work is custom business software — replacing subscriptions that cost too much or do too little. Websites and local IT support are still offered, and still done well, but they're the smaller half of the business now.

Websites
Fast, responsive sites that don't need a page builder subscription to stay online. Hosting and ongoing support available, and migration from an existing site is free.
Computer & IT Support
Repairs, setup, virus removal, networking and smart-home work for homes and small offices on the South Shore. Transparent per-job pricing, with an annual membership if you'd rather not think about it.

Anything I build, I can run — hosting, monitoring, backups and patching for a flat monthly fee that doesn't change when you hire.
Integrations
Connecting the tools you're keeping — accounting, payments, email — to the software I build, so nobody is retyping data between systems.
Reporting you can't buy
The report your current tool won't produce, built against your own data instead of a vendor's idea of what you should measure.
Open-source tooling
Several of the tools I use are MIT-licensed and free to self-host. Take them — no account required.
